The making:

Every panel of the leggings is individually printed with high-definition printing colors. The panels are then cut and hand-sewn together.

This process helps to ensure you can enjoy truly vibrant graphic that will never peel, flake or crack.

Washing Instructions:
• Machine wash, cold cycle
• Ironing low temperature
• Do not bleach
• Drip dry
• Do not dry clean
• Wash inside out

Processing times:
The leggings are made to order and each panel is individually printed, cut and hand-sewn. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for your order to be ready for shipping.

Shipping:
Your order will be shipped from Asia. The typical shipping times are as follow:

USA (except remote areas) / Canada / UK / Australia: 7 - 14 business days

Rest of the world: 15 - 30 business days

Free upgrade:
Wherever possible, we'll upgrade your order to express shipping so that you can receive your order sooner (subject to the availability of express shipping services to your address).

To be eligible for the upgrade, phone number MUST be provided at checkout to facilitate delivery.

Custom duties and taxes:
Some countries impose custom duties and/or taxes for shipment from overseas. You may be required to make payment to the custom office for them to release your package.

Please note that Irene Koh Studio is not liable for the payment of custom duties and/or taxes imposed by your country.

If you receive a wrong/defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a reshipment at no additional cost to you. And you do not need to send back the item.

All claims must be made within 4 weeks of receiving your order.
